We want you to love your Sink Baubles® decorative drain toppers. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right for you.  

Before you decide to do a return, please note that all Sink Baubles designs are hand-crafted by artisans. No two products are exactly alike. Slight imperfections are to be expected. Like all hand-crafted work, these small variations are always minor and reveal the true essence of natural beauty. We always do our best to match paired-sets for color and consistency. 

Every effort has been made to display the colors of our products appearing on SinkBaubles.com or other e-commerce websites as accurately as possible. There may be slight variations in your computer monitor's display from the actual colors.

If you still are not happy for any reason, please follow our risk-free return process and policy below. 

Return Process

At Sink Baubles we are delighted to accept your return and will refund the full purchase price and applicable sales tax less $5.00 for shipping and restocking. 

To make a return, simply go to our Returns Portal within 14 days from the original ship date, and follow the return shipping instructions. Enter your order number, zip-code, and select the Sink Baubles drain toppers you wish to return. We’ll provide you with a printable postage paid return shipping label for a standard 8 x 10 inch USPS First Class Padded Envelope. It's that easy. 

All products and materials from the original order must be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Do not peel the adhesive liner from the base plate. Please pack carefully to avoid damage. Once we receive and inspect your return Sink Baubles drain toppers, we will notify you on the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit based on the policies of your credit card issuer. If your refund is not approved or we have questions, we will contact you by email.
